Refund policy

We hope you love your order. We offer returns within 14 days of delivery. If you wish to return an item, returns are the responsibility of the customer and must be arranged independently.

We recommend using Royal Mail Tracked 48 (No Signature) and retaining your proof of postage and tracking information.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all original tags attached.

For damaged or faulty items, please contact us before sending the item back via Instagram @dressmeup_x or email info@dressmeupboutiques.com.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
